We are very proud of our "Walkers" ... and VERY grateful to the lovely Davey Mac (who walked all the way from Portsmouth, with a ridiculously heavy rucksack - and they say women can't pack light!!) who lead the team.

Busy outreach last night. That is not a good thing. It means people are becoming homeless. This can be down to circumstances such as relationship breakdown, benefit sanctions, prison release. It can happen to anybody. Pot Noodles were certainly the popular choice last night plus of course a brew. Socks and underwear are are most requested item, wet feet spell trouble so we always carry plenty socks. ... Today is World Homeless Day. Spare a thought x

Medway Soup Kitchen
Medway...
We are incredibly busy at the moment in Medway - our weekly Sunday Soup kitchen sees in excess of 75 people every week - THANK you to all our lovely volunteers who, rain or shine make it happen!! We do much more than just feed people - the soup kitchen allows people to approach us for further help - so during the week we help with accommodation, health appointments, form filling, and guidance.
