Supported Accomodation

Supported Accommodation
In December 2024 we attained a lease on our own supported accommodation project and
have created a home for people to begin a journey of recovery from rough sleeping which is warm and welcoming.
This is a 17 bedroom project which offers a place to live plus support to people who have experienced rough sleeping and often have multiple, complex needs.
The residents from our previous accommodation played a huge part in getting the property ready to move into – helping us to clean, paint, garden and offering a raft of ideas and suggestions as to how they wanted their new home to look and feel!

Thank You!
We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the local businesses who supported our move - QEC Electrical, PLP fire services, and Gaslec
Our trained staff and volunteers are on site 12 hours a day to offer holistic, person centred support to the residents, many of whom have multiple and complex needs.

We recognise many of our residents have experienced trauma, so since 2023 we have commissioned the services of Reset-21 to provide a weekly on-site counselling service to our residents - for a small charity we have big ideas! This has proved to be a huge success, which 90% of our residents engage with on a regular basis, and has led to a decrease in mental health crises, plus a reduction in substance misuse and offending.
Reset-21 also deliver Trauma informed Training to our team to help us widen our knowledge and empathy (thus enabling us to provide the best support we can), plus provide our staff/volunteers with reflective practise.

We also have regular addiction recovery groups, art/craft sessions, cooking lessons, games nights, film nights, and a whole host of other activities.
