Huddersfield outreach

Sorry for the late update. Justine and Natalie headed into Huddersfield on Monday night. They gave essentials packs, cold drinks and any items requested to the rough sleepers. Sometimes it can be quiet when we do our outreach, this gives us more time to chat with the people we have built up relationships with. We don't only support rough sleepers. Some people are 'vulnerably housed'. They may have initially been on the streets, been housed but still need support. Food, simple household items or advice and support. Thank you for supporting us, supporting them.
