Medway soup kitchen

MEDWAY... The Sunday Soup Kitchen continues to be a huge success - this is only made possible by our fantastic volunteers who selflessly give up their time to cook/serve/greet - all done with a smile!! Each week we provide nutritious, delicious food - hot dishes, sandwiches, fruit and goodies, to over 60 people... but it is much more than just a "hand out" - we take time to talk, catch up on people's news, listen to their problems and guide them to solutions - we accompany people to appointments, try to help with housing solutions and liaise with other agencies on a regular basis etc .. We treat people as individuals and do our utmost to make everyone feel welcome - we are blessed with an amazing team, and generous support from people far and wide. Thank you all 🤗🤗🤗🤗
